We specialize in dance and fitness instruction for adults and children. At en Motion, you'll see unique classes for all levels, and a lot of classes that you won't find at the gym. We offer a personal environment and focused instruction at our boutique studio in the Erdenheim/Chestnut Hill area.Whether you're interested in ZUMBA, SPIN, Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Salsa, Swing, Ballroom, Hip-Hop, Pilates, Yoga, or just some plain old fashioned Aerobics, we have a spot for you.
Our instructors have been transforming body, mind, and spirit for over a decade. We offer a wide range of private and group classes, all professionally designed and led, that target your unique needs. New fitness and dance classes are added all the time. At En Motion Dance and Fitness, we do not rely on equipment to make us a leader in fitness, that is because we are equal parts dance studio and fitness studio. We understand and appreciate the authentic strength that the body offers and the additional gains in strength, flexibility, and grace it can develop through training... through movement. Our instructors and fitness trainers have all been educated and certified in their respective fields of expertise. We don't just hire anyone that looks fit.
